Westland Construction contracted Intermark Steel to do the structural steel, miscellaneous steel, and ornamental railings on this project. This project was the true test of accumulated experience to overcome logistical and political challenges. Only those that worked on site in Haiti will ever know how challenging this project was, and the miracles that happened to bring such a beautiful building to the island of Haiti.
